It’s the art of scavenging food in the wild and minimizing the number of hands that touch it and the number of changes that we make to it. As a guest here, enjoy an authentic Himalayan culinary experience with locally foraged ingredients enhanced by the imagination of their resident chefs. At Anant Rasa you will experience food how it is actually supposed to taste.
